Abstract


As more and more thermal power plant join into the wave of market, Artificial management or simple stand-alone management coal face new problems and challenges. For solving these problems, an effective way is Seamless introduction of coal-fired computer management technology under the framework of the entire enterprise information system. In this thesis, the author discussed the design and implementation of thermal coal market management information system, for a typical application of coal-fired power plant management.In the thesis,the author design a management system ,and realized it basing on the client/server architecture. The C/S is equipped with the structure of peer-to-peer model, so it applied to LAN in a reliable guarantee of security with corresponding speed. Client system combined the presentation and the business logic, so it had interactive strong. The client had a complete application program which had formidable function in making a mistake sides, online help and so on, and may free cut in the subroutine. The database server completes the data the storage management function. In the same time the database server concentrates realized the different rule (no matter is the rule which known or unknown) which can not violate on the onstage application. This system increased a file server (sharing application program) to carry on client program automatic promotion after application change, and had overcome the traditional two Client/Server structure promotions difficult.From the service flow that, the coal-burning management system was including of purchases, consumption, the stock of coal-burning; the coal-burning quality sampling chemical examination, the month compiles; carrying on the price and buying the coal amount determination according to the purchase quantity and the corresponding quality. The author analyzed and designed the system by the prototype law and the traditional life cycle law. Through understanding the fuel management related organizational structure and applying many kinds of demand investigation method, the author had obtained each service flow chart and the data dictionary and the related documents. The author has realized this system, and has carried on the test and the application to the system. The result improved the new coal-burning management system management system to the enterprise electricity generation cost control on the advancing Client/Server.
