At present, the archives of institution for the management of personnel files still in the traditional way of management in the west where is a developing part of china, with expending demand of personnel files use internal of the community’s and society, the traditional way of management has a great use of limites. For example: time-consuming and laborious inquiries, wearing. Not only affected recall, but also the precision.The most important is not good for protection of the file. Computer Management reduce the duplication of effort and reading and the wearing during reading and printing.It is a software system for is adapt toing the current and each the profession especially administration business unit with business enterprise to personnel what informaion manage forcing the ambition need but designing the development that personnel information manages the system.The main mission of the personal management system proceeds to personnel file sorting,make can convenient fast proceeds to personnel file search,statistics,renew,and Can press certain request the exportation the statement.Personnel file the management system generally include to covariance personnel file,search,renew,the statement output to wait the function.This system is Microsoft Access to database in the ASP language, to develop a perfect and stable operation of the personnel management information system. Through the computer management personnel to improve business unit of information management efficiency, to provide fast, easy to use of units of the unit’s leader, make human resources information personnel for unit and social services. This system mainly include: the module user permissions management module, the department management module, employee management module, etc. Through these modules to realize institutions archives management personnel information of the computer management.
