Abstract


As the demand for office automation and universal, corporate business process modeling, business process simulation, business process simulation and optimization technology rapid development, workflow technology plays an increasingly important role in achieving business process automation, the workflow technology is also developing rapidly. At the same time we should be aware clearly that although the workflow technology has made great progress, the theoretical foundation of the exploring is not very mature and perfect. The existing workflow management system-based on web services technology compared with the traditional database management systems Oracle, SQL, DB2,and Access from functionality, reliability and interoperability, there is still a gap.Workflow technology is the core of achieving business process modeling, optimization, management, integration and automation. As a distributed application platform, workflow management system tasking capacity that throughput is an important performance index。At present, there is a big deficiency in this area about the existing workflow management system, it is a serious obstacle of workflow management system widely used。Workflow model is the abstract representation of the workflow,it is also the basis for workflow management.This paper describes the concepts of workflow management technology, purpose and significance of current development at home and abroad in detail。This paper analyzes workflow technology by management Information system. We deeply analysis the workflow model and how to establish the right workflow model to meet the business needs. On this basis, by distance education and training system as a case carrier, further study workflow engine, workflow management integration mechanism, modeling tools, collaborative working mechanism, process designer and process monitoring tools such as key technologies of workflow. And in accordance with process modeling, process simulation and process improvement or optimization of the method steps ,workflow technology plays an important role in distance education and training systems。Through distance education and training system for the Introduction of system design, system implementation and system test report ,I deeply appreciate the workflow technology has play a central role in business or management system。Finally, we discuss distance education and training system of education process,and give an intuitive display of workflow technology through the way of functional interface, at the same time,I elaborate applications of education process in the distance education system and designThis article concludes with a summary about inadequacies of workflow research and development of distance education system and proposes system improvements. In order to better enable the workflow technology and distance education and training systems more effective combination, exploring the design of more sophisticated workflow engine and workflow model, and looking ahead of the next phase of system development, keeping up the pace of development of workflow technology, Laying Or business management the foundation for the subsequent system development.
