Abstract


With the rapid development of the telecommunications industry , the growing demand for voice communication extensively , resulting in a wide variety of new telecommunications services. The arrival of the next generation network , the existing model is difficult to provide telecommunications services to meet the individual , diverse business needs. Therefore, based on the next generation of multi-network integration infrastructure network , telecommunication network business layer in the deployment of integrated and open business systems to efficiently design , develop and deliver a variety of new telecommunications services, the telecommunications industry has become a major trend in the development of . Existing telecom network structure in the data business, more closed , not with the openness of the Internet data traffic compared to making new business development more difficult , but requires developers with specialized background knowledge of telecommunication networks . To solve this problem, this paper first discusses open Web services and Parlay operational framework applied to existing telecommunications network data business development and expansion is feasible. Then , combining mobile communication network SMS business expansion needs, is proposed based on Parlay X SMS service access gateway design. The program uses J2EE programming framework and Java network programming technology, the Parlay X and SMPP protocol conversion between , and also set aside protocol conversion gateway to further expand the development of the interface. This paper presents the design of Parlay X -based solutions to meet the messaging service access gateway application requirements, apply to existing mobile communication networks , the ability to SMS effectively extend the range of users to a large-scale Internet, enhanced two network information and services interoperability.
