Abstract


The file management system plays a vital role in the development for many collges. Collges have to face the main ploblem that how to effectively organize, mange and utilize these files to create a good development environment. By using internet, a file magnagement system is an advanced management technology, many collges are using or preparing to adopt such means of management.Using the network helps to build their own file managements systems and promote the development of collges,which raise the level of the file management and service of geate significance.The paper analyzes the context of file management system and the development of the status quo at home and abroad,the main problems to be resolved;the goal of the system,design principles ,system architecture and system focuses on the function modules.In the pocess of system core business, interface design,system interface and other parts are analyzed,and the achievement of specific technical and implementation are given.In this paper,based on the JAVA platform,multi-storey structure,struts through the use of technology ,spring technologies, hibernate technology,established a high scalability of the system development framework.At the same time,as a result of the use of interfaces,the system can be well integrated with other systems to meet the requirements of the use of computer systems and network file mangagement system more convenient and at the same time to use the hibernate file staff to file the speed greatly increased.The main contents studied of this paper can be described as follows:1. Analyzing and researching the import of the file management system in colleges management and the programs in the file management system ,the paper advances design and realization of file management system based on SSH technology.2. Based on SSH framework technologic,combed with the layered systm,the paper desige integrated system platform .3. Through the analysis of the college file management system, the paper complete the system shema design,incluing the function of system, the Use Case design,the Web layer design,the business logic design,and persistence layer design,the database design and the process design.4. Using the Struts+Hibernate+Spring integration system design and implement the file management system based on SSH .
