Abstract


With the intensification of the degree of population aging , the pension system in China has undergone profound changes , not yet been fully established and widely covered by the basic old-age insurance system faces increasing pressure , the establishment of the enterprise annuity system , to alleviate the pressure to build diverse of the pension system , and has great practical significance . Of enterprise annuity trust management model ; enterprise annuity requirements of enterprise annuity fund investment enterprise annuity fund trustees for the principal in the investment process , corporate pension fund investment managers , custodian of enterprise annuity fund account managers and corporate annuity fund investment agents , through commissioned agents . Trustee , investment manager , account manager and custodian constitute the main body of China 's enterprise annuity fund investment behavior . Different in accordance with the current enterprise annuity fund management mode , the principal-agent relationship between the various actors in the different modes , and pointed out that the principal-agent brought risk , namely the risk of adverse selection and moral hazard . And normative analysis based on principal-agent theory , a screening model to create the enterprise annuity fund investment risk of adverse selection , moral hazard model to solve the moral hazard . Finally, based on the application of the model put forward countermeasures to improve China 's enterprise annuity fund investment .
