Abstract


With the accelerated pace of liberalization of trade in services, countries are actively involved in the current WTO negotiations on the liberalization of trade in services. In the GATS framework, each degree of opening up the services sector are provided through four kinds of services trade liberalization on the way to reflect, and different ways of providing services trade liberalization will produce different effects. In this case, we should correctly understand the way services trade offers four kinds of relationships and provide different ways of opening up on the impact of economic development, in the development of China's service industry on the basis of existing international trade in services under four kind of relationship between mode of delivery, the scientific development of China's service open door policy. Firstly, from the service trade development status and the \Then use the flow of trade in goods and factor substitution and complementary relationship model theory, mechanism perspective reveals the way services trade offers four kinds of relationships that provide ways of trade in services between the four kinds of alternative and complementary relationship. In theory, the mechanism based on the perspective of trade in services by choosing the more developed between the United States and its trading partners to provide four kinds of ways empirical analysis of trade data provide four kinds of services trade between the way alternative and complementary relationship.
