Abstract


China Cinda Asset Management Corporation is facing the challenge of transformation of the businness, in order to increase their core competitiveness, in addition to opening up new business, create a new platform, but also to strengthen internal management, self-management mechanism to enable the market to adapt to the future of the operation, The challenge of the market. To strengthen the possession of one of the ways to be effective in the implementation of the company and application of advanced management method of accounting, how to implement cinda corporation and application of advanced management accounting is the object of this paper, I related industries at home and abroad by collecting management accounting Implementation and application of information, learn from success stories cinda corporation summary of the implementation and application of management accounting.The main research work are as follows:(1) An overview of the state-owned asset management company (AMC) and a basic overview of Cinda Asset Management Corporation’s development.
