Organizational change theory suggests that the human factor in successful organizational change plays an important role, extensive literature study found that people resist change and conflict exists, therefore, how to better deal with conflict as the enterprises in the organizational change solved problem. Early organizational conflict theory that conflict is destructive for the organization functions, so focus on the causes of conflict and how to resolve conflicts. Recently, the conflict theory suggests that in some studies conflict situations is beneficial, and make use of different conflict management methods for different types of conflict and organizational performance moderating effect is not the same. This reference in the field of conflict management research methods and results, according to the changes in the characteristics of enterprises, the distinction between a change in the conflict, task conflict and relationship conflict in these three types of conflicts, discuss the different types of conflict for a cooperative, competitive, or escape conflict management model of organizational change in employee satisfaction and reflective tasks for change will be what kind of impact. This study is a high-tech enterprise organizational change as the research object, using a questionnaire survey to collect information on the 116 employees, in order to understand the different types of conflict for the extent of the effect of organizational change. Data processing by means of SPSS software, through reliability and principal component analysis on the reliability of the questionnaire validated by correlation analysis and analysis of variance to investigate the relationships between variables, the results show task conflict will promote awareness of organizational change task of reflection, also found different for different conflict will bring a different way of handling conflict transformation effect, when a task conflict and conflict transformation, the use of cooperative conflict management approach will lead to higher employee satisfaction, and the use Competitive management style will bring a higher reflective, while the use of evasive manner, changes will bring low reflective task. These results are shown in part the positive effect of the conflict, when managers learn to use the right approach to deal with conflict, conflict management and use conflicts, will be able to better control change, to improve the success rate of change. In this study, though only within the scope of the high-tech enterprises, but this article is organizational behavior from the perspective of people's attitudes, behavior and perception carried out micro-level studies, the research method can be widely applied to many types of businesses, Meanwhile research results can also be more knowledge-intensive enterprises or other types of enterprise learning, adoption and use.
