Abstract


With the economy develop Promptly and the degree for the competition aggravate in the whole world,Many enterprises have already realized the significance of“Strategic Management”and“Performance Management”. How to find the best binding site of“Strategic Management”and“Performance Management”it’s the starting point that the author writes this thesis.Facing the never-ending changes and improvements in the business administration activity, much advanced management functions in the western countries unceasingly enter our country. Facing a lot of advanced management functions, the author chose Balanced Scorecard as the object of study, hoping it can make a few enlightenments to the development of enterprise in our country.Balanced Scorecard has a history of 10 years since it came into being.in the process of 10 years, Balanced Scorecard itself also improves and perfects unceasingly. BSC provides us a framework to look at business strategic goals and performance form four different perspectives (financial, internal process, learning, customer),which enables organizations to clarify their vision and strategy and translate them into feasible actions. At the same it also provides a kind of thinking from four angles for enterprises, but more important, it will construct an effective bridge between the two aspects.It is one kind of down-to-earth management function, so the author thinks that case study is a kind of comparatively cogent method beyond doubt. Through analysing in depth the progress of an enterprise which really puts BSC into use, We can discover the problem in reality in the process of the enterprise truly adopting BSC.Especially for our country, since BSC enters our country in 1996, Many enterprises have be much interested to it, and some enterprises have also carried out it, but most enterprises end in failure finally. The author exactly keeps a foothold in this angle, and looks forward to finding the solution and measure to enterprise in our country.There are 6 chapters in this thesis:Chapter 1: Briefly elaborates the research purpose and research method.Chapter 2: Sums up relevant theory about BSC. In this chapter, the author expounds five aspects to set forth this problem, such as development process, main content and advantage, relevant researches and the relation of BSC and Performance Management. The author thinks that 2nd chapter is the main body of the thesis, as the theory part, its position is very important.Chapter3: 3rd chapter is the main body of the thesis that brings forward the major problem, the author has analysed 3 aspects’problem when our country enterprise adopt BSC .Naturally, the author firstly gets stuck the problems which enterprise own self, we can find that any one kind of theory or method is not perfectly satisfactory. Judging from subjective aspect, there exists a lot of obstacles and missed area in the course of enterprise of our country get stuck BSC.Chapter4: 4th chapter is that the author bring forward relevant countermeasure according to the content of 3rd chapter. By the condition and guarantee system of adopting BSC, the concrete thinking way and other relevant methods for enterprise. The author thinks because of the help of these methods, the getting stuck of BSC is able to use more freely.Chapter5: 5th chapter is the part that theory applies to putting into practice concretely in the thesis. This chapter is also a verifying and supplementing part for 4th chapter and 3rd chapter. In this chapter, the author chooses the case of Lenovo-mobile.It may be a mirror of enterprise in our country.Chapter6: 6th chapter is the final part of the thesis, and it is also the summary part to full text. By bringing forward the suggestion , conclusion and limitation the author sums up the whole thesis.Otherwise, there are some limitations in this thesis, because of the restrict of objective condition, the author can’t enter enterprise for research.
