Abstract


In the rapid development of economic globalization and the increasingly competitive international environment, multinational companies a strong R \u0026 D capability is an important guarantee of its survival and development, and an important means to reap high profits, improve competitiveness. Concern, since the 1980s, multinational companies have changed their RD activities focus on the traditional practices of the home country, began to invest heavily abroad, especially into the 1990s the trend of globalization, multinational corporations RD obvious. Accompanied by a new round of international transfer of the global industry, multinational RD investment into developing countries in the eyes of a sweet \Since the mid-1990s, multinational companies have established in our country RD institutions, form the climax of investment in China since 1997, and China's economic development is profoundly affected. In China to establish the background of the independent innovation system, an objective analysis of the spillover effects of technology investment by multinational corporations RD, to explore ways of multinationals the RD investment technology spillover, as well as the effective use of the the RD investment technology spillover multinational companies in China is the focus of this article. Firstly clear research background and significance, of the relevant technical overflow theory review on the basis of the characteristics of the development of the globalization of multinationals RD investment and investment in China RD, and based on the analysis of the competitiveness in the market-oriented framework from a cost , technology and sustainable development of three-dimensional analysis of the motivation of multinational companies in China RD investment, in order to further improve the traditional multinationals RD investment theory. This paper investigate multinational companies in China RD investment in technology spillover pathways at the same time, a profound analysis of the impact of various factors on the investment technology spillover think the main reason is not only restrict multinational corporations in China the RD investment technology spillover from multinational companies on our technology transfer restrictions, also stems from our own environment and the technical level is inadequate. In this paper, a comprehensive study of multinational RD investment technology spillover effect on the basis of macroeconomic, regional economic and enterprise economic target of three stages of China's absorption of multinational companies the RD investment technology spillover experienced choice, absorption, innovation make a different analysis, with particular emphasis on the importance of the absorption stage to strengthen investment in human capital. Finally, the paper pointed out the need to effectively use the investment multinationals RD, induced technology spillover from the environment, policies and contextual aspects must actively build to undertake to multinationals RD transfer policy support system, and pay attention to improve their absorptive capacity. While emphasizing innovation, attention to and take full advantage of multinationals RD investment, will help to improve the international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises.
