The psychological contract is the subjective perception of the employees of the employment relationship , including two aspects of the organization of responsibility of the staff and employees of the organization's responsibility . When employees feel the organization did not really fulfill their responsibilities or obligations , the psychological contract violation occurred , and thus have an important impact on the attitudes and behavior of employees . Past studies on the psychological contract violation is a violation of the psychological contract organization as a whole to study , the lack of the behavioral consequences of the breach of sub- factors of the psychological contract . This article aims to research the different generations staff psychological contract breach of the relationship between their behavior , and focuses on the different types of psychological contract violation on the \The psychological contract violation by comparing different generational differences , how to effectively manage enterprise \In this study, a series of studies on the basis of theoretical analysis assumptions . In this paper, the theoretical perspectives mainly from three regions in Wuhan , Shenzhen , Beijing 267 valid respondents as a sample , using factor analysis , mean comparison , T - test , correlation analysis and regression analysis methods , an empirical study , drawn lead to the following conclusions : ( 1) psychological Contract Violation employees quit and ignore behavior , organizational loyalty and reduce the appeal acts ; ( 2) reality psychological contract violation and the development of psychological contract breach on the exit behavior have a significant positive impact , \( 4 ) the development of psychological contract contrary to the negative effects of organizational loyalty significantly stronger effect on \impact on the \Due to the restrictions of the relevant conditions , this study has some limitations . In the final conclusions are summarized and theoretical analysis for this study, the lack of mention of the follow-up study suggests .
