Abstract

Papers bond issue of land-related issues as the research object, in introducing the connotation of land bonds, values ??and characteristics on the basis of other aspects, combined with China's relevant policies and regulations bond issue, the nature of the land reserve institutions and land reserve funds, investors Land bond market demand and other factors detailed analysis of the feasibility of land bonds; combined experience in domestic and foreign bond issue proposed pattern of land namely through the establishment of land for the company with its main issue, and the land bond issue pricing mechanism, trading patterns and mode of operation made a more detailed analysis; bond issue for land risks that may occur during propose appropriate precautionary measures to establish a market-oriented regulatory approach to regulate land bond issuance and trading.
