Abstract


With the deepening of economic globalization and regionalization, the economic ties between the countries and regions of the world is increasing, more and more widely into the orbit of the International Economic Development. Peace, cooperation and development have become the mainstream of our era, the premise of world peace, economic development, improve the quality of life of people in the region, each of the countries and regions are actively seeking opportunities for external cooperation. The five Central Asian countries and China's Xinjiang region is no exception. Xinjiang is located in the northwest of the motherland, the hinterland of the Eurasian continent, is an important channel of the ancient \The eight countries bordering Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Mongolia, Pakistan, Afghanistan or nearby, our west open portal. Since the founding of New China, the five Central Asian countries from the former Soviet Union era, with China's Xinjiang, many of cooperation and exchanges. By using the macro and micro combined, the combination of partial equilibrium and general equilibrium to the socialist market economy, Western Economics, International Trade and Regional Economics, with reference to previous theoretical results of more than a dozen years the international background of the economic cooperation between Xinjiang and the five Central Asian countries, a systematic study of the domestic background, history of cooperation, from the historical to the current situation and prospects for a comprehensive analysis, analyzed Xinjiang, China and the five Central Asian countries the differences and similarities between the two sides of the cooperation between industrial structure, but the starting point and goal of the research is the domestic economy - Xinjiang's foreign trade in a sustainable way, and the eastern and western China's economic coordination and balanced development. Finally, focus from full use of all advantages of resources and enhance the combination of the angle of the industrial structure in Xinjiang, the principle of mutual benefit and win, propose appropriate countermeasures. The article is divided into four parts: The first part of the cooperation between Xinjiang, China and the five Central Asian International Economic and Trade Review and Analysis, respectively, to explore the characteristics and existing problems of the bilateral trade and economic and technical cooperation. The possibility from Xinjiang's geopolitical location advantages, with the the cultural exchanges advantage of the Central Asian countries, the advantages of trade and economic cooperation, transport hub advantage, mineral resources, \favorable conditions, through the analysis, we further found Xinjiang trade with the five Central Asian countries have a broad development prospects, we must find the meeting point of cooperation between the two sides to improve the level of trade, and tap the potential of trade, promote mutual progress. The third part, from the government's macroeconomic policy analysis and management levels to enhance trade and economic cooperation with Central Asian countries in Xinjiang level conditions. Explore how the impact of the Xinjiang foreign trade development of China-Africa economic factors as well as the government's foreign trade policy formulation. In the development of foreign trade development strategy and product market positioning must understand the other country's policies, laws and national psychology. As well as to promote the reform of Xinjiang upgrading of industrial structure and trade structure, the two governments should work out a reasonable policy to guide and help the development of the foreign trade industry in Central Asia, at the same time to ensure that the policies to be effectively implemented. Part IV, the first starting from the common interests of Xinjiang and the five Central Asian countries, and proposed that the two sides can put petroleum, transportation and environmental protection, and other key areas of cooperation as a breakthrough point for both sides to further economic and trade cooperation.
