Abstract


The entrepreneurial human capital is a key resource in a country’s economical development, the more the stock of the entrepreneurial human capital in a country’s economy system, the stronger the ability of the country’s economical innovation and it’s structure transformation, hence the quicker the economy will grow. So it owns a vital practical significance to strengthen the investment in the entrepreneurial human capital, and to achieve a maximizing investment value of it. The goal of the entrepreneur human capital investment in this dissertation include two aspects. Firstly, how to reduce the investment risk of entrepreneurial human capital. Secondly, how to enhance the entrepreneur human capital utilization efficiency, in another words, how to obtain the value and the earning created by the entrepreneur human capital through a reasonable cost.Based on this two purposes, we use the method of real options to study the investment of the entrepreneurial human capital , because the method of real options fully consider the time value and the management flexible value of the entrepreneur human capital besides the value based on the time flow value under the traditional method, which is the advantage of the real options method. According to this, the value brought from the reduction of uncertain information is considered ,so we can completely estimate the whole value of the entrepreneurial human capital investment projects with this method. In this dissertation, based on the characteristics of creative value of the capital which is more prominent in the special high level human capital—entrepreneurial human capital, from the view of the investment, we mainly study the investment value of the entrepreneur human capital , then we analyze the entrepreneur human capital investment value and its influencing factors in order to optimize its investment value; also the signal gambling model is used in the entrepreneurial human capital investment mechanism analysis process. Then, the entrepreneurial human capital investment model is built by using the binomial option method and the model is validated by quantitative simulation analysis. The entrepreneur human capital investment countermeasures are preliminarily proposed in this dissertation. It has an important significance both in theory and practice for the establishment of the enterprise system and the development of entrepreneur troop and the economical sustainable growth in our country.The innovation and characteristics of this dissertation include that the subject of the entreprenuerial human capital is definited clearly, firstly using the owner of the entreprenuerial human capital to definite it . Then in reseach method, we put forward using the binomial option method to valuate the entreprenuerial human capital based on it’s market’s applicability, and using SPSS15.0 and MATLAB7.1 to quantitative simulation analyze the investment value model .
