Abstract


A special principle of the precautionary principle as a real estate mortgage broker must comply, play an important role for the stability of the real estate finance market. The application of the precautionary principle in the residential mortgage valuation is the mortgagee and the mortgagor, real estate assessment bodies of the three cooperative game behavior results.
