Abstract


Science and technology park is the content of science and technology as the focus, to cultivate innovative enterprises, breeding technology is relatively new and independent research and development of products, independent function and this radiation to other regional development, optimize the industrial structure of our country, and promote the integration of technology and economy development.And with the knowledge of the economic development of the elements are primary factors; the essence of modern economic competition is the competition of intellectual property rights.Intellectual property rights as the innovation of science and technology, the development of the enterprise soul life, the ability of independent innovation of the index, science and technology park should be the intellectual property as more the key of the development of the park..Therefore science and technology park of intellectual property rights of enterprises can improve the commercialization and industrialization of enterprise competitive advantage and creative ability of science and technology, the fusion technology and economic integration and to enhance national competitive advantage.Science and technology park enterprise intellectual property rights related to social norms of industrialization of joint action.Among them as the most effective is the most direct the legal standard is undoubtedly enterprise intellectual property rights of the industrialization of the important guarantee.Also, the legal protection to science and technology park in the intellectual property laws and regulations, and with matching the laws and regulations of the synergy.This paper first to Shanghai zhangjiang hi-tech park enterprise intellectual property of empirical analysis, second from the above case analysis is deduced from the science and technology park enterprise intellectual property rights of the connotation and significance of industrialization, and points out that the enterprise intellectual property industrialization and the problems of the legal reason.Once again about the United States and Japan the role of enterprise’s intellectual property law is analyzed, and the legal system of the reference is more outstanding experience.Finally based on science and technology park in intellectual property rights of enterprises of the industrialization of legal protection, in order to find a suitable enterprise intellectual property rights in the construction of the industrialization of the necessary legal system and puts forward the opinion of the perfect.
