Abstract


In the present study attempts to DNA sequence differences in their morphological characteristics of the combination of right the Ruppia maritima conduct of China's eastern coastal species identification and explain their distribution pattern . In this study the ITS. RbcL, trnLUAA-tunLUAA-trnFGAA as well as assisted analysis of sequence 20 Ruppia maritime population of 204 individuals were amplified and sequenced a total of five haplotypes . After analysis of different sequence variability of the phylogenetic tree construction of Structure clustering these five haplotypes identified three species : R. cirrhosa, R. maritima and R. megacarpa , . The morphological characteristics of the further proof of the presence of these three species . Leaf width and underground stems wide of R. megacarpa and R. cirrhosa and R. Maritima area separate R. cirrhosa and R.maritima the rachis and stalk and seed shape and size difference significant . Overall, the traits of the reproductive organs in a complex environment is more stable. The three species distribution patterns : the the R. cirrhosa most widely distributed , concentrated in the north of the Taiwan Strait ; R. maritima are mainly distributed in the south of the Taiwan Strait ; the R. megacarpa only distributed in Qingdao and Jiangsu Yancheng . There are two mechanisms that affect these distribution patterns : niche differentiation and proliferation . Many studies have shown to produce a big difference R. cirrhosa R. maritima in morphology, physiology , ecology, and habitat may be one of the reasons that cause both living in different regions . In addition of R. cirrhosa R. maritima distribution of offshore circulation is basically the same, Jiangsu and Zhejiang coastal stream in summer and Fujian and Zhejiang coastal current towards the northeast , thereby blocking the spread of the R. cirrhosa and R. maritima . R. megacarpa in China for the first time found that the main distribution point Qingdao Jiangsu Yancheng , are in the waders East Asia - Australasia migratory routes of the species only in Australia reported that , pursuant to which we speculate R. megacarpa , by long-distance migration waders spread from .
