Abstract


With rapid economic growth, the growing scale of international trade, the growing internationalization of the local market, the company has to use CRM in order to face the fierce competition in the international trade industry. How to use customer relationship management theory to improve the enterprise’s core competitiveness, it is very worthy of study; At the same time how to use customer relationship management software to improve the company’s management level, and how to establish effective customer relationship management system, it is the contents of concern in this paper.In this paper, I analyze the background of CNBM international company and the customer relationship management system in that company and the problems of the customer management, and the necessity to build the theory in the customer relationship management. In-depth study of customer relationship management theory in the case, the customer relationship management theory applied to CNBM International company. Studying the goal of customer relationship management system, we deeply analize its customer relationship management system structure and processes. It has practical significance to reduce the risk of the implementation process and improve trade companies customer relationship management level. This study results are useful for the trade companies to implement customer relationship management system.
