Abstract

Hydrate technology has potential applications in many fields of water resources, environmental protection, oil and gas storage and transportation, petrochemical, biochemical pharmaceutical. However, due to the slow hydrate formation, induced a long time, and hydrates containing gas low restricted hydrate the development of applied technology. Therefore, more and more researchers are trying to adopt a variety of additives to improve the rate of formation of hydrates. Find a suitable additives to promote hydrate nucleation has become the focus of attention of the Hydrate Technology Research. In recent years, many researchers have studied and synthesized a novel porous crystalline material - zeolite-like metal-organic framework (zeolitic imidazolate The frameworks referred ZIF), this material has a similar topology and the zeolitic molecular sieve. Investigator existing 5A zeolite powder was found to promote the formation of hydrate of THF tetrahydrofuran hydrate crystals a desired temperature can be improved. Zeolite-like metal-organic frameworks (ZIF) THF hydrate formation worthy of our study. ZIF main solvothermal prepared, this method is a longer reaction time, but can be a single crystal can be used for structural analysis. And Microwave synthesis technology in order to shorten the synthesis time of the ZIF and made some improvements in the traditional microwave synthesis method based on an increase of the aging process of the reaction solution, switch to the secondary microwave heating to improve the crystallinity of the product and yield. Sealed by using the improved microwave synthesis techniques can be prepared having a rod-like structure of the zeolite-like metal-organic framework (M-ZIF) and their characterization by elemental analyzer and an X-ray diffraction, to confirm the structure of the synthesis of the M-ZIF U.S. Yaghi combined into ZIF-61 structure of the same. The total concentration of material, and the reaction time under certain conditions, to change the same material than the structure of the resulting product, but there are differences in the degree of crystallization, yield, and particle size. Zinc nitrate and imidazole in a molar ratio of 1:7, the highest yield of the product after the second microwave (45%); molar ratio of 1:12, the highest degree of crystallinity of the product after its second microwave a particle size maximum of about 44um. Langmuir surface area to 15m2 / g as determined using surface area analyzer. 1bar, 78k under the conditions of the nitrogen gas adsorption amount of the M-ZIF 6.6mg / g. In under 300 k 1bar conditions, the the CH4 adsorption amount of M-ZIF 9.85 mg / g. In under 300 k and 1bar conditions of, the CO 2 adsorption amount of the M-ZIF to 25mg / g. M-ZIF adsorption amount of the gas that the pore size is much smaller than the diameter of the nitrogen molecule, and is consistent with the XRD results. The samples prepared in M-ZIF applied to the hydrate formation process. Because hydrate nucleation process is highly exothermic process, the thermal conductivity of the M-ZIF as hydrate additives will directly affect the formation of hydrate. We therefore studied the influence of the thermal conductivity of the solution of the M-ZIF results show that: 0.05% ethylene glycol solution was added M-ZIF samples, the coefficient of thermal conductivity of the solution is increased by 10%. The magnetic stirring and ultrasonic disperse phase bonding method, to an aqueous solution of tetrahydrofuran was added 0.01% M-ZIF The results indicate that the induction period of THF hydrate between 0.5-1h, than the pure tetrahydrofuran hydrate induction period shortened 0.5H. The experimental results obtained through direct observation method: slow cooling rate in the hydration reaction driving force is small (as small undercooling, etc.), after several hours without M-ZIF tetrahydrofuran hydrate formation, hydrate formation induction period exists randomness; within 1 hour, and a tetrahydrofuran solution containing ZIF hydrate formation, and there are certain reproducibility. M-ZIF added not only promote hydrate formation, and solve the hydrate formation randomness.
