Abstract


With China's rapid economic development , the country's energetic development of urbanization , as well as the requirements of the standard of living continues to improve , how to get the heating to improve the quality of urban residents more and more attention . Currently , the heating of the major cities of northern China is still coal as the main fuel , not only a year to consume a large amount of coal resources , but also caused serious environmental pollution . In the context of the growing tension in the world's energy , faced with depletion of conventional energy sources , coal prices rising year by year , the use of low-cost , environmentally friendly and good , with \Therefore, the research and development of biomass as fuel has an excellent level of control the central heating boiler , saving valuable coal resources , reduce greenhouse gas emissions to protect the environment for the survival of the human , economic importance and environmental significance . This thesis is based on the National Spark Program (2007EA105008) as the basis to transform the design structure of existing biomass heating boilers and their feeding with wind research and design of automatic control , in order to achieve both save fuel and improve supply the purpose of the thermal efficiency . On the basis of the analysis of the combustion characteristics of biomass briquette fuel combustion heat analysis and calculations , focusing on research with the wind on the burning rate and feeder selection calculation ; gives biomass central heating boiler feed and with the wind to control the overall design of the system ; design of the hardware and software of the control system under - bit machine PLC ; according to the mathematical modeling of the boiler combustion system is difficult , the heat transfer delay and unstable , for the first time using RBF (Radial Basis Function) neural network algorithm as controller will be a combination of clustering algorithm , orthogonal least squares learning algorithm and gradient descent incremental RBF neural network algorithm is applied to the control system modeling , and the use of the MATLAB simulation results show that the choice of method and the model applied to biomass central heating boiler feed materials and air distribution control requirements . The results of this thesis of future biomass heating boiler automation technology research and development has certain reference value .
