Abstract

Continuously reinforced concrete pavement (CRCP) is a high-grade road structure type , with long life, maintenance workload is small , less energy consumption , simple construction and strong traffic levels and environmental adaptability . In order to extend the life of the CRCP surface , usually set CRCP surface layer and the grass-roots asphalt mixture function layer , its thickness , material requirements , composition, design method , the study early destruction of the CRCP surface reduction , improving CRCP use performance and building a conservation-oriented society has an important theoretical significance . Based on CRCP layer mechanism and transition layer theory , a the CRCP common failure modes , and pointed out the need to set the functional layer of asphalt mixture under CRCP surface layer , the functional layer is to improve the capacity and reduce the surface layer of the grass-roots anti- scour in the reflective cracking . Of asphalt mix aggregate ratio of the minimum required for the anti-erosion and anti-reflective cracks through the ABAQUS finite element software functional layer modulus and thickness board top critical stress relationship obtained the optimum thickness of the asphalt mixture ratio and minimum Whetstone , and then according to the legal system of Marshall made ??the AC -16 and AC-13 two kinds of asphalt mixture , its water stability and bending destructive testing , finally consolidated to determine the optimum thickness of the functional layer of asphalt mixture and energy than meet the minimum anti-reflective cracks and anti-erosion properties Whetstone , and analyze the material requirements of material as a function of layer asphalt mixture of functional layer the Whetstone比比马歇尔determine the optimum asphalt than the small 0.3 % , according to the test results come not affect the ability of anti-reflective cracks .
