Abstract

ObjectiveTo study the relationship of plasma apolipoprotein CⅢ(Apo-C3) and high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) with acute atherothrombotic infarction.MethodsCollect 60 acute atherothrombotic infarction patients(male 38 female22) that treated in Anhui Provincial Hospital as experimental group and 30 cases of the healthy volunteers (male 17, female 13) as control group. The plasma level of Apo-C3were measured in both groups by the ELISA and the plasma level of hs-CRP were measured by the immunoturbidimetry. Finally compared the difference in the levels of Apo-C3 and hs-CRP between the two groups.Result1. The levels of experimental group plasma Apo-C3 was significantly higher than the control group(p<0.01), and the level of plasma Apo-C3with hyperlipidemia, high VLDL and diabetes was significantly higher than the control group(p<0.01).2.The level of plasma Apo-C3 was positively correlated with the area of cerebral infarction.3. The level of plasma Apo-C3 in unstable plaque was higher than in stable plaque, there were significant differences between the two (p <0.01).4. The level of plasma hs-CRP in experimental group was significantly higher than control group, there were significant differences between the two (p<0.01). With the improvement of the disease the level of plasma was decreased, but still higher than the control group, there were also significant differences between the two (p <0.01). Conclusions1.The plasma Apo-C3 has close relationship with atherothrombotic cerebral infarction, the high concentration of Apo-C 3 probablely elevate the level of plasma triglycerides, VLDL , blood glucose increased.2. The degression of the hs-CRP may indicate the improvement of disease.
