The army national stability and security and is a national effort to develop economic guarantee . How in times of peace , own and maintain a good , rich and powerful combat effectiveness of the army is currently facing a major problem . A strong army , weapons and equipment is of course important , but decided the success or failure of the war , ultimately depends on the human factor , therefore , how to maintain the contemporary military high morale to our military very important issue in the process of modernization , information . This article through questionnaires , the theory with a practical way , the army fighting spirit and combat effectiveness of in-depth research .
