Abstract


Society from traditional to modern long-term integrity of the change is that we are talking about social transformation. From human Historically, Western nations led into the modern society. Therefore, the study of the problem of social transformation began in earnest in the West. The transformation of Western society can be roughly divided into three theories, that the classic theory of industrial society, the empirical evolutionary theory and diversification of social transformation theory. However, due to Western society were never able to get rid of class prejudice, will study the possibility of the socialist path of social transformation. Chinese scholars on the issue of social transformation began in the 1990s. Over the past decade, scholars have made a multidisciplinary problem of social transformation, multi-field exploration, research has begun to take the results of this problem. This article is on the basis of these results, the meaning of social transformation, content, nature, characteristics and power briefly summarized and summary of the theory to guide further research since the reform and opening up China's rural social transformation. Social transformation in terms of its content can be divided into four levels. That the transformation of the economic level, the political level of the transformation, the transformation of the ideological and cultural level and social level transformation. This article is based on their performance in their respective fields, the spirit of multi-angle start, a holistic grasp the idea of ??writing, conform to the nature of the social transformation, features and power analysis since the reform and opening up, a series of changes that occur in the process of social transformation in rural China : township enterprises to help into the rapid development of rural industry; market mechanisms to enhance the basic role of the agricultural resource allocation; enhance the rural villagers' self-government political democratization; reform and opening up has brought farmers improve ideological and cultural; social differentiation to promote the modernization of rural China process. These problems will bring hinder the smooth progress of China's rural social transformation. In line to ask questions, analyze problems and solutions to those problems. Problems in the process of social transformation in rural areas, try some superficial comments and suggestions, including: to improve the competitiveness of township enterprises to promote industrial development in rural areas; deepening of market-oriented reform of the circulation system of agricultural products; improve the villagers' self-government to ensure that farmers various democratic rights; transformation of traditional culture to stimulate farmers' subjective consciousness; guide the farmers to achieve a reasonable differentiation based on national conditions.
