Abstract

This article mainly through literature reference, comparative analysis, and comprehensive administrative science, sociology, psychology, political science, public administration, science and other knowledge and methods of Wenzhou City of Industry, Longwan Trade and Industry Branch, the Trade and Industry Bureau of Cangnan and Dongtou The three Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bureau 651 administrative enforcement officers conducted a questionnaire survey, and the leading cadres of the various parts of the mid-level cadres and cadres at different levels to interviews, all-round, multi-angle to the mental health problems of the Industrial and Commercial cadres, multi-level administrative enforcement of the civil service mental health problems, and to explore the reasons for the status quo and cause and make some safeguard mechanism. This paper is broadly divided into five areas. The first part describes the background, purpose and significance of the topic, the status of mental health problems of administrative enforcement of civil servants, and put forward in this article research methods, approaches, ideas and to achieve the main purpose. The second part is a combination of domestic and foreign research done to explain the relevant concepts and theories. The third part is the empirical research, in the form of questionnaires and interviews, the administrative enforcement of the civil service mental health problem status quo in Wenzhou City of Industry, Longwan Branch Trade and Industry, and Industry Bureau and Dongtou Trade and Industry Bureau of Cangnan three Branch at 651 cases. The fourth part of both subjective and objective analysis of the reasons for the administrative enforcement of the civil service mental health problems. The fifth part of personal, social, and three levels of government administrative enforcement of the civil service mental health protection mechanisms.
