Abstract


From the U.S. presidential election to the Obama administration, Sino-US relations and China's problem is not as widespread as before issues of concern, did not like the former president came to power after the Sino-US relations always have to take some time to adapt. The Obama administration continues to follow the Bush administration late strategic bilateral relations with China, the two sides made a good start, the U.S. policy toward China in a certain period and will not make major adjustments. Since the Obama administration took office, Sino-US relations have been showing a positive momentum of development. But President Obama's governing philosophy has always been based on U.S. global hegemony recovery mission, he would position any possible threat to U.S. national vigilance, China is to challenge the United States one of the countries, so soon after the Obama administration introduced some detrimental to the development of Sino-US relations policies and bills, it also shows that the Obama administration's China policy in the future will be highly variable. This paper analyzes the positioning of Sino-US relations after the Cold War and previous sessions of the U.S. government's policy toward China is paving the way, as well as from the impact of the Obama administration's China policy and the factors that exist between China and the U.S. and will face questions to a comprehensive analysis of Obama Government Policy for China. U.S. government policies toward China would suffer from the impact of various aspects and constraints, the United States in active cooperation with China, it is also a lot of aspects of the Chinese government has raised up, and the destabilizing factor in bilateral relations will not be because the new government came to power and weakened. The new U.S. administration's foreign policy interests of the United States are based on the fundamental starting point, regardless of the relationship between the United States and China Development smooth or not, are linked with American interests. Sino-US relations lies in showing a positive trend, simply because the international financial crisis has led to a substantial decline in the U.S. economy, the Obama administration in order to revitalize the U.S. economy has asked China and the policies. But with the international financial crisis is past, the U.S. economy gradually recovered when the U.S. policy towards China will be with the change, although the future of Sino-US relations will not be a big shock, but it will not be plain sailing. Chinese government in dealing with bilateral relations has always maintained a rational attitude, after seeing positive factor for development of bilateral relations, while always an objective analysis of the negative factors that exist between China and the U.S., so as to further promote bilateral relations and stable development .
