Abstract


The cost of our country’s higher education is high at present because of high quality requirements of the development of our country’s higher education and mass instruction. Thus the shortage of capital becomes larger. It is a real problem that how to deal with the contradiction between the high cost and quality and the lack of money. The logistic service of higher education ensures the development of higher education, and human resource is the most active fact in the logistic service. So it is an important question needed asked in time that the enterprise of logistic service of higher education should know how to improve the old style of human resource management.Because the economic subject investigated is to organize and optimize utilization of resources, the fact of the study of university logistic human resource use is to realize perfect use by scientific management according to the country’s related policies, and the final aim is, to offer lots of supportive points for higher education, to offer reliable safeguard for teaching and study of universities, to weaken the conflict between the need of higher quality and higher cost of higher education and less capital to some extend, to develop higher education.Above all, the author tries to research this subject along university management, and focuses on how to realize the perfect use of university logistic human resource by harmonious management, as while the author finishes this study in the main way of covering related information. This research contains four major points:1. Related definitions on logistic resource of higher education; 2. Exposition on present situation of university logistic human resource management and existed problems at present; 3. Analysis of current problems with the knowledge of economics; 4. Discussion on the ways to improve human resource management of university logistic resource. The ultimate objective of the study is to help university managers set a view of university logistic service for the development of higher education firstly, and fasten on a management notion, and drive the process of mass instruction, and promote the harmonious development of higher education.
