Abstract


Educational practice as practical courses in Biology Teacher Education, is the beginning of the professional development of normal school students, and professional growth of normal school students. Normal Schools reform it is an important opportunity, Biology Teacher Education usher in development opportunities, educational practice is also a growing concern. Long educational practice the lack of an effective evaluation system, it is difficult to adapt to the requirements of the new era. This study attempts to establish a set of of normal colleges Biology Education internship evaluation system, on the one hand to promote the ability of normal school students secondary school biology classroom teaching, classroom management and scientific research, while promoting further reform of educational practice. In this study, first through a literature method understanding of this topic, research status and related theoretical foundation, especially multivariate evaluation conducted in-depth theoretical analysis.
