Abstract


The Scientific Outlook on Development, which means putting people first and aiming at comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development in order to promote the all-round development of economic society and person, was put forward by the Third Plenary Session of the Sixteenth CPC Central Committee. The people-oriented Conception shows the direction for ideological and political education of college students in this new era.“The suggestion about further strengthening and improving the college students’ ideological and political education”points out that“We should combine education with management and blend into ideological and political education with school management”. Therefore, the ideological and political educators should attach importance to the all-round development of college students and develop education in a humanized manner. In according to the people-oriented guideline which was put forward by Hu Jintao, this paper which takes the theory of Marxism humanity as the entry point, aims at strengthening the actual effect of the college students’ ideological and political education, improving their quality ,and promoting the all-round development of college students as well.The main part of this paper is divided into five parts.The first part mainly introduces the connotation of humanized management in college students’ ideological and political education. First, this part discusses the connotation of college students’ ideological and political education management. And then, starting from Marxism humanity idea and combining with the characters of college students, this part analyses the connotation of humanized management in college students’ ideological and political education.The second part demonstrates the significance of humanization in college students’ ideological and political education management. It is very important to modern ideological and political education of college and college students that apply humanized management in college students’ ideological and political education. Also, humanization plays a most important role in college students’ ideological and political education management. The third part discusses the problems in humanized management of college students’ ideological and political education and analyses the reasons. One-sided content, improper ways and hysteretic level of faculty are the main problems. This part also analyses the reasons from society, college and students themselves. At last, this part arrives at a conclusion that only through humanized management can we promote the all-round development of college students.The fourth part states the contents of humanized management in college students’ ideological and political education. Combining with the characters of college students, the ideological and political educators should pay attention to the college students’demands for materials, society and spirits and aim at meeting their spiritual demands.The fifth part puts forward the ways of realizing humanized management in college students’ ideological and political education. This part gives six aspects about the questions, including setting up the people-oriented view in ideological and political education management, building up specialized teams, perfecting the methods of ideological and political education, attaching importance to the college students’ self-education and self-managements, strengthening the network ideological and political education management and so on.
