Abstract


Teacher education directly affects the survival status of the harmonious development. In real life, even though the whole society in praise of teachers, teacher praise the dedication unknown, but people did not fully understand the teachers' living conditions and concerns, many factors still affect the living conditions of teachers. In this paper, literature, full participant observation, case interviews, questionnaires and other sociological research methods, the use of social groups, social roles, leisure time, etc. The basic sociological theory, the Northern rural junior high teacher groups to survive the reality of the state an objective description and in-depth analysis. Paper will be divided into junior high school teachers in the material conditions of living conditions, working conditions, leisure life and marriage four parts, to be elaborated. Meanwhile, the various parts and from objective conditions and subjective feelings be interpreted two ways, so that more detailed analysis and thorough, objective and detailed. Strive to achieve scientific fully reflect the real Northern rural middle school teachers living state purposes. Through analysis, the article reached the junior high school teacher living state and the current status of the overall economic and social adaptation, while there are several factors of disharmony of view. The article also further in-depth analysis of the reasons leading to the above problems. Finally, this paper to improve the living condition of middle school teachers to enhance their potential to play a role in society and other issues put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. This paper describes the underlying theory, the basic context and research methods. Chapter III: Eastern rural junior middle school teachers examine the reality of existence. This chapter is the core of this paper. Northern rural junior middle school teachers focus on material conditions, working conditions, leisure life and marriage four aspects of a comprehensive review. Chapter 4: Factors affecting the survival of the state teachers' analysis. The chapter on the analysis on the basis of teachers' living conditions, living conditions for the rural secondary school teachers of multiple factors were more comprehensive in-depth analysis. Chapter V: Improving living conditions junior faculty suggestions and countermeasures.
