Abstract


The era of knowledge economy, knowledge becomes the inner core elements of economic growth, has become the decisive force of the new competitive resources and promote economic development. Knowledge management has become the focus of attention and hotspot. Knowledge management is a new management model to adapt to the knowledge economy, it is able to improve staff quality and production efficiency, to improve the organization's adaptability, innovation and competitiveness. Into the knowledge economy, the library is facing competition from all kinds of information services provider, is no longer the only place to obtain knowledge and information, their professional status is also being challenged. The same time, the knowledge-based economy is also a higher demand on library services, how to improve the content of knowledge, to achieve customer satisfaction, so as to realize the knowledge innovation has become a library solved a problem. Knowledge value-added knowledge services came into being, it is a deep level of information services, to fully acquire knowledge and effective use of knowledge, to knowledge innovation. Therefore, the library should be implemented as soon as knowledge management, and change the resources and organization management model and the concept of service the knowledge gradually extended to the traditional information service based on service, with full access to knowledge and effective use of knowledge, improve service levels and service capabilities to better serve users, knowledge innovation.
