Abstract


Since the beginning of the 21st century , as a new medium , the network of public opinion has been rapid development . Under the application of the rapidly growing popularity of electronic technology , media and networks combined , now account for nearly one-third of China's population of Internet users in the rapid spread of a huge field of public opinion , to the contemporary political , economic, social and the culture had a profound impact . On the one hand , the network of public opinion for the majority of the public to provide a platform can speak freely , to become a platform for communication between the people and the ruling party , to ease people 's inner psychological pressure ; the other hand , due to the occurrence of mass incidents in the network of public opinion and rapid spread , affecting people's lives and ways of thinking , widening the distance between the ruling party and the people , leading to the decline of the grass-roots government 's credibility in the minds of the people , to the grass-roots government brought great pressure on the ruling . Influence to become an effective factor for the ruling party to consolidate its position as the ruling party in this case , how to effectively guide online public opinion , the network opinion , and thus continue to promote the democratization process in contemporary China , became the theorists and governance levels of common concern a major issue. Currently , the network of public opinion research has become a hot research among scholars , but has not been expanded in-depth network public opinion research on the impact of the ruling party . Therefore, I study the influence of the network of public opinion in the dissemination and attempt to analyze the impact of the network of public opinion to the challenges brought about by today's ruling party , as well as the new requirements on the ruling to change the way the ruling party . The paper clearly the network of public opinion \impact , select Weng'an incident in Guizhou and Hubei Shishou events specific case , summed up the measures taken by the government departments in response to network public opinion and inadequacies . Address these inadequacies , on the basis of theoretical studies and proposed countermeasures and suggestions to guide online public opinion .
