Abstract


Optimization system used is a two-dimensional plane , unable to take full advantage of the wealth of geographic information resources and slow data update is not timely , inconvenience shortcomings . Network optimization work in order to have a platform for better , more efficient , and better able to reflect the needs of local optimization sector network characteristics . I combined the existing professional communication basics , learning the rich network information resources , research and development set to take full advantage of the the existing rich three-dimensional geographic information resources , has a network complaints processing , network optimization , network planning , network and market analysis the functionality of the information system . The system is through the use of automatic macro VBA development , first wireless cell KPI statistics from informix taken regularly , then automatically converted to KML files that can be handled by GOOGLE EARTH . GOOGLE EARTH platform presents the KML / KMZ data associated with the network , on the day-to-day planning optimization special case analysis .
