Abstract


With the issuance of 3G licenses , as well as the optimization of the industrial structure , significant changes to the original communications market competition pattern and competition mode . On the one hand , due to the introduction of a more direct competitor , the more intense competition in the mobile communications market . On the other hand , the start of 3G promote the comprehensive upgrade of the mobile communications network , the further development of mobile communications network to a higher rate , direction and support broadband multimedia services . The mobile communications market has become the focus of competition of the three major carriers after restructuring . In order to compensate for the decline in traditional voice services , a substantial increase in the proportion of WCDMA users , both from the view of the increase of user development and business income , or from the objective to enhance the quality of the user , an urgent need to be implemented as soon as WCDMA network optimization work in order to support the next step of the marketing and business development . 3G business development and status quo of Inner Mongolia, China Unicom WCDMA network , the priority now should be on the WCDMA network as soon as possible to optimize the transformation , to solve the problem of lack of capacity of the WCDMA network coverage , quality and rate support development 350,000 3G subscribers by the end of the year in Inner Mongolia, China Unicom 2010 operational objectives demand . A total of four chapters of this article , first introduced in the first chapter , the need for WCDMA network optimization , followed by the introduction of the concept of 3G and WCDMA technologies ; detailed analysis of Inner Mongolia Unicom WCDMA network status and problems of Chapter II ; Chapter III presents WCDMA network optimization construction ideas ; Chapter WCDMA network optimization transformation program details .
