Abstract


With the rapid development of the electronics industry, the modern electronic circuit design is toward integration, miniaturization direction. Especially in the manufacturing process of the printed circuit board (PCB), not only the appearance of size is getting smaller and smaller, and the board size of the hole is getting smaller and smaller, the number of holes is also increasing. Drill drill PCB size and quality requirements are also increasing. This paper mainly for domestic drill bit quality testing equipment is relatively backward, and foreign drill quality testing equipment is the high cost of the status quo, by external PCB CNC drilling machine structure and working principle, design and develop a set of performance, low-cost drill bit quality testing equipment. This paper focuses on drill quality testing to commence a study, two aspects of quality problems the drill Duandao and the diameter of the drill, drill Duandao FPGA-based low-cost testing and drill diameter detection system development and design. Analysis of the basic theory and basic methods of photoelectric sensing technology, signal processing algorithms, and build a system composed of two modules detected by the drill Duandao detection and drill diameter detection scheme, combined with FPGA processors, signal detection algorithms and image processing algorithms, hardware processing, design and production of the detection the drill Duandao FPGA-based with diameter detection system. In the drill Duandao detection module, the first designed based on the induction principle of the photoelectric sensor of the photocell, which mainly includes a filter circuit, amplifying circuit, shaping circuit and a differential transmission circuit design, especially in the amplification circuit, is designed only for the detection amplifying a signal the selective amplification circuit, thereby shielding the white noise signal; then constructed based on the final development of FPGA-based hardware architecture; VHDL the drill bit Duandao detection procedure. The drill diameter detection module, the analysis of the working principle of the use of CMOS digital image sensor; CMOS digital image sensor interface circuit and FPGA design and production; analysis the bit image preprocessing algorithm as well as drill diameter and declination detection processing algorithm, the algorithm processing, pure hardware language to achieve all algorithms and hardware that all algorithms, thus greatly accelerating the speed of the entire run of the detection module; designed and produced based on the RS-485 serial communication the principle of multi-machine communication network, a PC with multiple FPGA chip communication task; developed software based on the the VC development platform drill diameter declination data processing applications. PCB CNC drilling operation, the experimental results show that the proposed system overall design scheme is feasible, to achieve the expected target detection speed and detection accuracy, especially in production costs far lower than similar foreign testing equipment, as well as to meet the requirements of real-time accuracy of PCB CNC drilling machine. The actual PCB CNC drilling pilot running in good condition.
