Abstract


As China 's economic take-off , China's financial market has been a great development , increasingly sophisticated financial system , the hierarchy of the stock market has also been the prototype . At present, China 's stock market system formed by the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange Main Market, opened in the Shenzhen Stock Exchange SME Board and GEM , and the agency share transfer system and around the property rights trading center consisting of over-the-counter market . However , China 's stock market system is not perfect , there are many problems . First , the stock market structure hierarchy is unknown. SME board listing standards and laws and regulations with the motherboard , which makes its substantive still belongs to the motherboard market . Second , Shenzhen motherboard market stagnant development , waste of administrative resources . Once again, China 's OTC market is not developed enough . Most important , China's stock market in real terms is still a single -level system , which can not meet the financing needs of different enterprises , thereby reducing the role of the stock market on economic growth . Therefore , how to improve China's stock market system is very important . First, whether from the stock market to promote economic growth starting this problem , in theory , the establishment of a stock market, the role of economic growth in the model , the mechanism of the stock market on economic growth . Secondly , through the analysis of the hierarchy of the current stock market , drawing on the experience of the U.S. stock market , boldly put forward some ideas to improve the system of multi-level stock market .
