Abstract


The credit is the possibility which refers to people who participate in each kind of transaction and fulfill the contract, simultaneously, the credit is also the premise for sports financing. The construction of sports financing credit system and the healthy sustainable development of sports financing have the extremely close relation. Therefore, the author uses literature material, interview method and the logical analytic method, utilizing modern credit system theory, combining the characteristic and objective reality of domestic sports financing market, discusses the construction question of sports financing market credit system in our country.First, the paper has carried on the general introduction and the description to credit system’s related concept and the domestic and foreign research. Then the paper elaborated the necessity of building sports financing credit system and theory basis, namely:System vicissitude theory, principal-agent theory and government regulation theory. Based on this, the author carries on the analysis and research to the present situation of sports financing market credit system in our country, obtains the financing channels of our country sports industry market:Stockholder’s rights financing, bond financing, fund financing, loan financing, support financing, lottery ticket financing and BOT financing. Sports financing faces a lot credit problems which including: non-synchronization of control system reform, the flaw of government’s own credit, the lack of moral restraint, related laws and regulations are not perfect etc. Those problems shows as follow:the non-standard of releasing sports financing, in the purpose of evading the loan, the lack of the sports sponsor, falsifying in releasing sport lottery etc. Then the paper emphasizes the construction of sports financing market credit system including credit administration system, credit rating system and risk control system. According to the above, the author proposes big-five measures of building sports’financing market credit system in our country:Exert the function of government’s policy guidance; Standard the operation behavior in sports industry; Perfect the laws and regulations in sports’ financing credit administration; Strengthens the function of credit administration in the industry association in the sports financing; Strengthens the education of credit administration and supervision of the public opinion.
