Abstract


The telecommunications industry is a service industry , homogenization of intense competition , in order to seize a favorable position in the market competition , telecom operators have to scramble for subscribers at a low price strategy . In this case , telecom operators more and more attention to maintain a competitive advantage in the channel . Firstly, the theory of marketing channels research , combined with the concepts and features of the telecommunications enterprise marketing channels to strengthen the sense of self- channel construction , then C City Telecom channel construction : C City Telecom Company 2003 channel construction and a succession of channel integration , especially in the self- channel construction has achieved great results , both to improve the image of the telecom enterprises , sustainable development for telecom companies to add new vitality , but also constantly exposed to a variety of design and management issues .
