Abstract


The study of the theory of capital structure is very ancient and fascinating topic. Research in the late 1970s, the introduction of information economics, game theory, corporate governance, and industrial organization theory and other disciplines, the topic of this ancient and mysterious germination of new life. Meanwhile, in recent decades the process of the development of the capital market, the number of listed companies increased from the first of dozens of more than a thousand; economic system experienced planned economic system transition economy system and market economy system, the enterprise financing methods also led from the first fiscal financing, financing to the bank-led diversified and now financing. Diversification of corporate financing and differentiation, and the growing maturity of the Chinese capital market research also will rise, so that the capital structure of Chinese enterprises and to become financial theory and practice emerging issues in the field. Revitalized again in the capital structure and the vigorous development of China's capital market focus of two major backdrop, this article will examine the company within the industry, the company's capital structure \more prominent will be the level of corporate governance, and industrial organization characterized the company's capital structure in the industry \Expand this analysis from two levels: industry between companies within the industry characteristics and industry characteristics. Through research and analysis, the following conclusions: (1) the level of corporate governance industries and enterprises better, more tend to be reasonable and optimal capital structure, the smaller the degree of \competition in the industry in which the environment is intense, may tend to choose a more aggressive competitive strategy and capital structure decisions, the industry, the company's capital structure, the higher the degree of \within the company's capital structure \assets within the enterprise scale and asset liquidity); if from the micro-enterprise level to study the capital structure on behalf of the enterprise micro-level variables (such as a company independent director, the number of supervisors, the proportion of the number of holdings, management expense ratio) is more with the significance of the study.
