Abstract


In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge work teams are increasingly becoming the most important work of the organization. The team made a large number of applications, increasing the probability of working with a wide range of labor, triggered a team heterogeneity problem. Members of the heterogeneity of team efficiency has the role of a \Therefore, how to effectively manage the heterogeneity of the team members, while avoiding disadvantages, on the theoretical and practical significance. Exploratory experiments and theoretical research and analysis on the basis of the papers examine the complex impact of the relationship between the heterogeneity and knowledge work team efficiency; intermediary role of team conflict between heterogeneity and knowledge work team efficiency ; In addition, routine tasks in the heterogeneity and team conflict between regulatory role. In order to fully explore the effects of heterogeneity on the efficiency of knowledge work teams, the article first theoretical analysis and research purposes heterogeneity and team conflict divided into two dimensions, and construct a heterogeneity - team conflict - knowledge work teams the efficiency of the relational model, and nine assumptions of this study need to be confirmed. Followed by the use of the empirical analysis of the survey method to obtain the sample data with SPSS13.0, correlation and regression analysis of sample data processing. The results show that, due to the the different heterogeneity has different characteristics, so their impact on the efficiency of knowledge work teams ways different. High work-related heterogeneity by task conflict affect the efficiency of knowledge work teams, low work-related heterogeneity affect the efficiency of knowledge work teams through relational conflict. Task conflict and relationship conflict has the opposite effect on the efficiency of knowledge work teams, task conflict and team productivity of knowledge work is positively related to relationship conflict is negatively related to the efficiency of knowledge work teams. The studies further show that task conflict heterogeneity and high operating efficiency of knowledge work teams from the part of the intermediary role similar to the relationship between conflict in low work-related heterogeneity and knowledge work team efficiency also played part of the intermediary role. In addition, routine tasks in a high work related to the heterogeneity and task conflict between regulatory role.
