Abstract


The application of information technology to promote information exchange and knowledge sharing within the enterprise and between enterprises , and improve the organization's information control system , is conducive to the improvement of cost savings and operational efficiencies , thereby affecting organizational performance . According to the resource-based theory , IT (Information Technology, IT) resources , including IT infrastructure , IT human resources and IT strategic resources , the integrated application of these resources directly affect the organization's competitive advantage and performance . In addition , IT resources through a number of key organizational capabilities indirectly affect organizational performance . Enterprise IT applications to a variety of IT resources integrated application process , and by the impact of organizational capacity . Knowledge resources are the enterprise 's strategic resources , knowledge management and organizational learning is the main way of the management and application of knowledge resources , through the accumulation of knowledge , sharing and application of knowledge management and innovation at the individual , team and organizational level of the organization . IT technology platform for knowledge management and organizational learning process is conducive to the acquisition of knowledge resources , transfer , share and store . Knowledge management and organizational learning affect the value of IT resources to achieve , and the interaction of these two key organizational ability , with complementary mechanisms . Similar studies based on the design scale IT resources , knowledge management, organizational learning and organizational performance measurement. Survey of 123 enterprise level data through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis to test these scales have good reliability and validity . Further , based on the estimated results of the PLS structural equation model , we draw the following conclusions : knowledge management and organizational learning partial mediating role in the relationship between IT resources and organizational performance and positive regulatory role ; the this article exploratory study also found with complementary mechanisms of action , and the value of this complementary mechanisms of IT resources to achieve the process is also part of the intermediary role between knowledge management and organizational learning . This study complements the existing theoretical framework , also have a certain reference value of the enterprise 's management practices .
