Abstract


China is rising in the world forest abruptly. Culture becomes more and more important in the quick growing economy development. Otherwise, our country can’t keep its political independence and prosperity of economic. Chongqing serves as the central city in west must protect, develop and make good use of its original significance of world historical and cultural resources. And the historical and cultural resource is "Anti-Mongolian of the Southern Song Dynasty in Chongqing".The Division of Southern Song Dynasty, the alternate capital city in the War of Resistance Against Japan and the municipality directly under the central government, which are three leaps of history development of Chongqing. Southern Division is the development originator of Chongqing. Last year," Chongqing Southern Song Dynasty Yamen ruins" was found in Yuzhong district, which is the important witness of Chongqing Southern Song of Mongolian" and " hero city ". It is also the precious vectors of Chongqing culture which can be counted on one’s fingers.The research of"Scientific outlook on Development on the perspective of the Southern Song Dynasty of Chongqing Mongolian history and culture resources development" is put forward and spread out under the background of the in-depth practice the "Scientific Outlook on Development" and promotion development and prosperity of culture of the times. Through the Marx doctrine in China’s latest achievements ---"Scientific Outlook on Development", this article is to study the Chongqing Southern Song Dynasty of Mongolian history and culture resources development. The main content of this article is four parts. The first part:According to the "Scientific Outlook on Development", the author proposes a new proposition ---the Southern Song Dynasty of Mongolian historical and cultural resources of proposition in Chongqing and discuss the connotation of Chongqing to the Southern Song Dynasty of Mongolian historical cultural resources as well as the development meaning of Southern Song Dynasty of Chongqing Mongolian historical cultural resources. The "Scientific Outlook on Development" provides a reasonable premise, theoretical and realistic basis for the research.The second part:It analyzes the cause of using the "Scientific Outlook on Development" to make this research, the development background of "Chongqing Southern Song Dynasty of Mongolian history cultural resources" and the exploitation value of "Southern Song Dynasty of Chongqing Mongolian history and culture resources", which present significance development of "Southern Song Dynasty Mongolian historical and cultural resources in Chongqing".The third part:The author introduces the current research situation of Chinese history cultural resources at home and abroad. Meanwhile, he analyzes the current develop and research situation of "Southern Song Dynasty of Chongqing Mongolian history and culture resources" objectively. And the author introduces the war fortress defense system of Song Meng, the famous national hero of Southern Song Dynasty. At the end of this part, it makes a brief introduction of Yu Jie who changed the world distinguished history.The fourth part:It discusses some problems should be paid attention in the development of "Southern Song Dynasty of Chongqing Mongolian historical culture resources". The author proposes the countermeasure to the development of "Southern Song Dynasty of Mongolian history cultural resources" and prospects the development of "Southern Song Dynasty of Chongqing Mongolian historical culture resources". At last, the author proposes the significance of cultural construction to create the "China Chongqing the mother city of historical", that is, "cultural protection experience development zone".
