Abstract

Benzene, phenol, nitrobenzene northern loach research Loach of three benzene drug on the acute toxicity and the loach overall after treatment and liver three antioxidant enzyme activity. The results are as follows: 1, benzene, phenol, nitrobenzene poisoning the loach different time semi-lethal concentrations of benzene, phenol, nitrobenzene solution poisoned loach 24h LC50 (LC 50 ) were 153.420 μl / L, 52.480μl / L, 90.420μl / L; The poison 48h LC50 for 141.213μl / and L 44.757μl / L, 82.310μl / L; the poisoned 96h LC50 for 129.927μl / L 41.197μl / L, 79.697μl / L. The toxic phenol loach, followed by the minimum nitrobenzene, benzene toxicity. 2, the three benzene drug loach Antioxidase loach loach overall antioxidant enzymes affected by the three benzene drug stress, is a significant change occurred. The results show that: Loach poisoned by benzene, phenol, nitrobenzene solution 24h, 48h, 96h, the loach overall SOD activity in each time period was the trend of increased and then decreased, with time, the increase of the solution concentration, some not cleared of free radicals on the cells produce irreversible damage, SOD activity decreased slightly, compared with the control group, the change significantly (P lt; 0.05). Under normal circumstances, the activity of SOD, POD, CAT antioxidant enzymes together to clear the body to produce oxygen, the experiments showed that the change of the activity of CAT and SOD activity consistent. POD activity was the first decline after rising trend in each time period, compared with the control group, change significantly (P lt; 0.05). With the increase in the concentration of the solution, the duration of stress time, the activity of three antioxidant enzymes are decreased. Given the concentration of pollutants in the vitality of the degree of change Antioxidase experiments the dose - response relationship was not significant. Correlation analysis showed loach under duress after three antioxidant enzyme activity by Loach the three benzene drug stress, the body SOD and CAT activity in a very significant positive correlation, both SOD activity of CAT activity induced role, but POD activity showed negative correlation, ie SOD activity inhibit the activity of POD. By phenol and nitrobenzene handle 96h loach POD activity, CAT activity in vivo activation. Treated with benzene, phenol and nitrobenzene loach, the three antioxidant enzyme activity of the liver tissue changes. Loach the three benzene drug treatment, liver SOD and CAT activity with increasing concentrations declining trend the POD activity trend is the opposite. In low concentrations Stress, with the continuation of time, SOD activity showed an upward trend, declining trend under the stress of high concentration solution of phenol and nitrobenzene, 72h; With the continuation of the stress time, CAT and POD activity changes, showed first decreased and then increased.
