Over the last decade, the waste paper reuse comprehensive technology has been developing rapidly, and has been used for industrial mass production of printing and writing paper for newsprint and super calendered paper, etc.. However, the composition of the waste paper pulp than virgin fiber pulp complex, including not only the fiber composition, the fine component and a filler, and also includes a large number of other ingredients, such as ink, stickies and other impurities, particularly the stickies problems resulting caused to industrial production a serious obstacle. Therefore, solve the problem of stickies in the actual production, you first need to figure out the the deinking line operating unit slurry viscosity substances exist conditions and chemical composition, in order to provide the basis for appropriate control methods. In this paper, the large modern deinking line for the study. Slurry sampling on the deinking line different operating unit, were separated from the slurry fiber components, small components and dissolved and colloidal substances (DCS) in water samples. Subsequent fiber components, small components and the water phase of the investigation and the characteristics of the distribution of goo. In addition, from the status of industrial waste paper storage storage temperature on the viscous pollutants in the deinking effect and pulp content. For the deinking line typical sites (heat dispersion, after flotation and into a slurry pool) sampling the fiber component and the fine component separated, using tetrahydrofuran (THF) were extracted. The results show that: the fiber components and small components of the slurry from the the discharge tower to the headbox, THF extract reduced by approximately 74% and 35%, respectively. The THF extracts FTIR: viscous substance present in the composition include saturated fatty acid esters, polyvinyl acetate, ethylene-based substance, an acrylic material, an organic silicon compound containing a Si-O bond, and a small amount of the benzene ring ortho-substituted . The sample and into the paper in THF extraction was subjected to GC-MS analysis of the detected substances can also be classified in the synthetic adhesives components, wood extracted physical component and lignin degradation product. It can be seen that the binders like substances is the main component of the fibers and fine components THF extracts. Compared with the slurry after the heat dispersion, after flotation pulp samples after the fiber component in the total amount of chemical substances slightly increases. The number of sticky substances in the fine fraction are removed in the flotation process, which shows the the flotation operation process, the particle size of the part of the sticky contaminants in the flotation role suitable for removing a particle size range. Due to the addition of cationic papermaking chemicals, de-inked pulp into pulp fiber components and small components, the total amount of chemicals than after the flotation pulp increased. Compared with into a slurry, the viscous material contained in the paper sheet is greatly reduced, to show that most of the pulp extractives remain in the white water circulation system, and is deposited on the paper machine equipment parts. Aqueous phase slurry typical parts of the waste paper deinking line distribution investigation and the characteristics of viscous substances. The study results show that: from the the discharge tower to the headbox, dissolved and colloidal substances (DCS) decreased by about 57%. GC-MS analysis of the the heat dispersed slurry, after the flotation, the aqueous phase of the slurry and slurried viscous substance the MTBE was extracted, and compared with the viscous substances retained in the finished paper, extractives Results can also be classified as synthetic adhesives components, the wood extractives ingredients, lignin degradation products and other organic acids, wherein the binders like substances is the main component of the extract. Was colloidal state in the post-flotation process to remove the part of the sticky substance. Administration of cationic papermaking chemicals can reduce part of the viscous substances jiangshui system. Goo into pulp sheet contained greatly reduced, most of the sticky substance will remain in the white water circulation system or deposited on the paper machine equipment parts, only a small portion of goo adhered to the pulp fibers into the formed sheet. Of waste paper deinking effect of different temperature storage as well as the de-inking pulp glue stickies content and colloidal material content, and its relationship with the the deinking dosage and flotation time. Orthogonal test analysis for waste paper deinking effects and viscous substances in the pulp content, storage temperature is greater than the the deinking dosage and flotation time. -10 ° C storage of waste paper can obtain better deinking effect. Storage temperature will be affected to a considerable extent with large stickies viscoelastic state, in turn, related to the pulp suspension was the colloidal state occurring substance content. 20 ° C storage of waste paper deinking, contain more stickies and less colloidal substances, 35 ℃ for storage of waste paper value center after -10 ° C storage of waste paper pulp contains more less stickies and more colloidal substances.
