This paper reports the synthesis and study of two parts. The first part of the review, a brief introduction to the concept of ECL, characteristics; highlights bipyridine ruthenium metal complex represented by ECL reaction mechanism, as well as immobilization material, such as Nafion, silica (SiO2) , titanium dioxide (TiO2) as the representative of nano-materials and mesoporous materials SBA-15 modified electrode ruthenium bipyridyl ECL sensor research. The second part of the report, prepared mainly sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate / single-walled carbon nanotubes (SBDS / SWNTs) composite membranes and self-assembled mesoporous SBA-15/Nafion composite film modified graphite electrode ruthenium bipyridyl ECL sensor, and its electrochemical luminescence properties were studied. Specific research work includes: 1.SDBS/SWNTs-Ru (bpy) 32 -SDBS/SWNTs self-assembled composite film modified electrode electrochemical characteristics of luminescence analysis. SDBS at ultrasound induced effects in single-walled carbon nanotubes coated micelles formed on the surface, so that the water solubility and dispersion of SWNTs has been significantly improved. Through self-assembly techniques, the electrode surface modified with SDBS / SWNTs-Ru (bpy) 32 -SDBS/SWNTs composite film. The modified electrode tripropylamine (TPA) exhibited good ECL response. Accordingly, for the determination of three-propylamine electrochemiluminescence new methods. The results showed that the optimal experimental conditions, TPA concentration of 1.0 × 10-8-4.0 × molL-1 linear relationship within the detection limit of 2.0 × 10-10molL-1. On the concentration of 1.0 × 10-6molL-1 parallel determination of TPA in 11, and the relative standard deviation was 2.4%. 2.Nafion/SBA-15 composite film modified electrode electrochemical characteristics of luminescence analysis. In effect induced by ultrasound, a small amount of mesoporous SBA-15 can effectively be dispersed Nafion ethanol solution by dispensing technology can be formed on the surface of the graphite electrode composite film; based on mesoporous SBA-15 as well as a porous channel structure Nafion on Ru (bpy) 32 cation exchange interaction, so that the Ru (bpy) 32 can be effective, a large number of fixed to the composite film; oxalic the modified electrode showed good electrochemical luminescence response. Accordingly, the establishment of a new determination of oxalic acid (C2042-) electrochemical luminescence analysis. The results showed that the optimal experimental conditions, the concentration of oxalic acid in 2.0 × 10-8-1.0 × 10-5molL-1 linear relationship within the detection limit of 6.7 × 10-9molL-1 versus concentration of 1.0 × 10 - 5molL-1's C2O42-parallel measured 30 times, and the relative standard deviation was 1.8%.
