Abstract


With the growing business of digital information , network-based multimedia processing , the use of computer network technology to achieve data sharing demand continues to increase. To meet these needs , a new technology - virtual storage , are more and more attention. Virtual storage is actually a logical storage ideas, the essence of the physical storage devices for logic processing , and to overcome the limitations of the physical storage . It a number of different types , exist independently of the physical storage of the body , through the software and hardware related art , is modeled as a virtual logical storage unit , the easy centralized and unified management , use. The development of wireless network technology , especially with the development of 3G technology and WiFi technology communication network , making network - based wireless virtual storage can be good . The project is mainly for high-definition video files , virtual storage applications , the concrete realization of the system is based on the embedded Linux system and WiFi technology , designed and implemented a wireless virtual storage systems via TCP / IP network communication protocol , remote embedded the WiFi terminal equipment able to connect to the network , fast access storage system resources to meet the demand for a variety of services for users wireless Internet access and data sharing . The paper first introduces the concept and principle of virtual storage , file system , WiFi standard and wireless LAN technology made ??a presentation , and then around the realization of the principle of the virtual storage system , detailing how to build a system of hardware and software development environment , and finally through the socket complete data transmission network programming , thus realize virtual storage .
