The influence of education for the job obtain is very important, no mater for the individual or the country. It reflects a country’s openness. Based on the empirical research, this paper obtained conclusions as follows:First, from countrywide,1) in 1985-1992、1993-1996、1997-2002 and 2003-2006, The higher education level the higher position status; 2) Whether for college students of for undergraduate and graduate, the influence of education for the job obtain is similar in 1985-1992、1993-1996 and 1997-2002, but it greatly declined in 2003-2006.Second, from the comparison between the different regions,1) Whether for college students or for undergraduate and graduate, the influence of education for the job obtain in the Midwest was greater than in the Eastern region; 2) After 2003, the influence of education for the job obtain was both declined, but it presented "Concentrated effect" in the Eastern, "Hit bottom effect" in the Midwest.Third, from the comparison between the different city level, the influence of education for the job obtain was both declined, but it presented "Concentrated effect" in the capital city and the municipalities, "Hit bottom effect" in the general city.At the same time, the paper made a theoretical interpretation of the empirical results.
