Abstract


Yalong River Hydropower Development is an ambitious and complex project, has advantaged geographical conditions, coupled with the successful experience of the construction of the Ertan Hydropower Station, but in the entire basin hydropower development is still facing a series of world-class key technologies problems. Ertan as the core, the formation of a virtual research center of the Yalong River Hydropower Development is an effective way to solve the above problems.
