Abstract


Information technology in recent years , the rapid development of a powerful impetus to bring the information revolution in all walks of life . Petrochemical construction industry is no exception. The rapid development of information technology abroad , mainly in the application of information technology , combined with their advanced management methods in many foreign countries , mature operating organization process successful application of information technology in the petrochemical construction industry early phase-out of a number of old inefficient the management mode . But China is currently in this area is still relatively backward, there are reasons of the IT , also common industry factors lack of advanced management methods . This paper analyzes a large number of petrochemical enterprises pipeline construction process , the use of advanced management methods , including the deployment of the organizational structure of the construction management department , construction design to pipeline construction program optimization . On this basis , expand the system needs analysis . Analyzed mainly in the analysis of the functional requirements of the different needs of different responsibilities angle in the process of project organization promoting senior managers with the underlying communication efficiency of construction . Use of UML use case method analysis with patients without the respective roles . Pipeline construction project construction process , and discusses the main content of the various processes and quality control methods . Part of the key technologies used in the system implementation , including the MVC development model and PostgrtSQL spatial database technology . System design section describes the functional design of the structure of the system design , functional structure and main modules . In the database design section discusses the spatial database construction principles and functional requirements , PostgreSQL user authentication and user management , demonstrated the system to achieve some of the features page . Finally, the system has been successfully applied CNPC two built pipeline management , so that greatly improve the efficiency of materials management , HSE management and quality control in the construction process . The system has many unresolved problems , its achievements and experience can gradually be extended to other follow-up project to the China National Petroleum Construction Company has a huge potential for development .
